Hi Jey! For clarification, when you say "this", to what are you referring to? The analogy of not eating your seed corn, the inability to prioritize innovation over the short term, or the three techniques for how to help?
It's been a long time! I meant the 3 techniques on how to help, like the RTT techniques. In smaller organizations, we have to move quickly and it can be difficult to prioritize innovation over the short term because bottom line SEO levers like content, links and technical cannot be sacrificed or minimized in favor of innovation, otherwise we fall behind the competition.
Got it, makes sense. Happy to talk thru what you and your team are managing though and we can chat about a few light techniques that could help with the "burden of speed".
This is great in large organizations but how may one do this in smaller organizations like my company (20 people).

Hello Jose,
It's been a long time!
Best,
Jey
